Cookie and Storage Notice

GAIN - Game Asset Index uses necessary browser storage for authentication, security, billing, and app functionality.

Optional Analytics

GAIN - Game Asset Index uses Google Analytics only after analytics consent. Analytics events may include public page visits and non-identifying product events such as imports, project scans, preview opens, audio playback starts, sign-in prompts, magic-link requests, and checkout starts.

GAIN - Game Asset Index does not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, heatmaps, session replay, remarketing, Google Signals, or personalized ads. You can reject optional analytics in the consent banner.

Necessary Storage

Necessary storage may include authentication/session storage from Supabase, billing flow state from Stripe, security-related browser state, app preferences, and records needed to keep the signed-in service working.

This storage is required to provide the requested app functionality and cannot be disabled inside the app without breaking account or billing features.

Local Preview Cache

The Unity project scanner and .unitypackage importer can store local preview images, waveforms, project folder handles, package file handles, and source file handles in browser IndexedDB on the current device. This lets the app show local previews and local source-link status without uploading project source files, package contents, or local operating-system paths to the server.

You can clear local previews or reset local source links from the Projects view. Browser site-data controls can also remove local storage, IndexedDB, and cached records.

Unity Import Script

The Unity owned-assets import script runs in your browser on the Unity Asset Store while you are signed in there. It uses your active Unity browser session to export owned asset metadata into a JSON file that you manually import into GAIN - Game Asset Index.
